Karastan  warrants  their  Original  Karastan  Collection  (700  Series),  Ashara^{®  Collection,  Samovar®  Collection,  and  Antique  Legendsâ„¢  Collection  Axminster  Rugs  against  manufacturing  defects  for  a  twenty  (20)  year  period  from  the  date  of  original  purchase.  This  warranty  does  not  cover  the  serging  and  fringe  of  the  rug.  Excessive  force  (e.g.,  vacuum  with  beater  bar  catching  and  pulling  the  fringe,  clips  used  to  hang  a  rug,  etc.)  applied  to  the  fringe  can  cause  separation  behind  the  fringe  and  is  not  warranted  a  manufacturing  defect.  During  this  warranty  period,  Karastan  will  repair  or  replace  this  rug,  at  their  option,  without  charge,  if  a  manufacturing  defect  develops  under  normal  use.  To  file  a  claim  under  this  warranty,  contact  your  authorized  Karastan  dealer.  The  original  receipt  is  required  for  proof  of  purchase  and  is  not  transferable.  Â}
