Oriental rugs can serve many different purposes. Oriental rugs can be a purely functional addition to your home, providing warmth, padding and coverage to your floors. Oriental rugs can also simply be added to bring charm and character to your home. And sometimes Oriental rugs serve both purposes at the same time. We currently have one large rectangular Oriental rug in our main living room, and although the rug still looks pretty good, it has seen its day.
