My favorite Thanksgiving movie has always been “Planes, Trains, and Automobiles” with Steve Martin and the late, great John Candy, and there’s no better way to enjoy this enduring family hit than with comfy Capel Rugs beneath your feet.

I’m about to embark on a Thanksgiving journey myself, but we’re off to Canada on Thanksgiving Day, where turkey day, as my family affectionately calls it, was celebrated a month ago. We’re going for my sister’s wedding, and we hope we have better luck getting home than the guys in the movie. In Planes, Trains, they suffer the perils of the rental car that wasn’t there and the one that ended up catching on fire, a too-cozy cheap motel, cancelled flights, hitchiking, scrounging for cash, armed robbery, and too many hilarious arguments. 

We’re hoping for the sort of ease and comfort in our travels that matches the ease and comfort of Capel Rugs.
