We process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders shipped within 7-14 business days. Generally all rugs can be shipped within 4-6 weeks. We ship our rugs with UPS Ground service. UPS packages are limited to 9' length or 70 lbs.

Abingdon Rug Outlet is committed to delivering the best value on rugs. Due to our low pricing, we cannot display manufacturer pricing of all rugs however by contacting our store by phone or email we will be glad to help you compare prices. If you find a lower price for a particular rug brand or collection we carry, contact us and we will beat that price .
To take advantage of the offer PRIOR TO SALE, simply fax (276-628-5651) or email a copy of the printed ad to us for verification. If you saw it on the web, send or call us with the URL. We want your business and will beat any advertised offer.
*Note: Our Better Than Their Price Match Guarantee can not be combined with any other "sale" prices currently being advertised on our web site. The rug must be a current running line of one of our suppliers and the quote must be for first quality merchandise (no closeouts or discounted rugs). Sales tax and shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated in all price match quotations in the contiguous United States.

Returning a Rug is as Easy as 1-2-3 (US Customers Only)
Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal at Abingdon Rug. We stand behind every rug we sell. Our Risk-Free 10 day trial assures your satisfication. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 10 days and we will refund the full purchase price. Please Note: It can take up to 72 business hours for a credit to appear or 7-14 days to receive a refund check.
Clearance Items, personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.
Shipping costs on all returns going back to the Abingdon Rug warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. Refused packages or packages not returned to the address below may result in a 20% service fee. We recommend that packages be sent back to us with any carrier that can track and insure it's packages. Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and please DO NOT apply tape to the actual rug(s) or fold the rug(s). Items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees. We will not accept rugs that have been visibly damaged or soiled. We do not accept returns of oversized rugs that are 9 x 12 or larger. No refunds will be given after ten days. *

Be sure to affix the RA# to the outside of the package and a short note inside the package explaining the reason for the return.
