OptiMat can be used between area rugs and hard floors as well as between wall to wall carpet and area rugs. With either application, OptiMat offers a super soft cushion feel and unsurpassed slip resistance. Made of 22 ounce felt and 16 ounce non washable rubber per square yard with a heat fused face. On hard floors, place rubber side down and on wall to wall, place rubber side up. The surface is specially treated to provide extra grip and prevent fuzzing and fraying. Pads should be at least 1 inch smaller than the area rug on all sides. Trim excess padding with heavy duty scissors if necessary.

If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 10 days and we will refund the full purchase price. Please Note: It can take up to 72 business hours for a credit to appear or 7-14 days to receive a refund check.
Clearance Items, personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.
Shipping costs on all returns going back to the Abingdon Rug warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. Refused packages or packages not returned to the address below may result in a 20% service fee. We recommend that packages be sent back to us with any carrier that can track and insure it's packages. Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent and please DO NOT apply tape to the actual rug(s) or fold the rug(s). Items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees. We will not accept rugs that have been visibly damaged or soiled. We do not accept returns of oversized rugs that are 9 x 12 or larger. No refunds will be given after ten days. *

Be sure to affix the RA# to the outside of the package and a short note inside the package explaining the reason for the return.
